Refund & Returns

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned hair extensions.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery, only if the hair has not been tampered with :

• Cutting the lace
• Bleaching the lace.
• Trimming the hair
• Plucking the hair
• Removing the attched tag
